Trixe is a cat with the most gorgeous markings throughout her coat and is a lovely mix of browns, tans and black with little white feet and soft green eyes.
As colourful as her coat is her character is very colourful too. She is full of character, as most tortie cats are but Trixie is very cheeky and full of fun. She loves nothing more than lots of attention and cuddles and will push herself against your hand so hard that if you take your hand away she will fall over!
Trixe is a cat who loves to play as well as give you affection and cuddles and isn’t shy or slow in telling you that she’s not finished if you try to walk away! She is a very loving cat who would make a perfect companion for someone living on their own or as part of a family with older children.
Trixie can be strong willed (not in a bad way) and would be better suited to someone who has previous experience with cats. Alternatively someone who can lay down the rules and stick to them would be an advantage to help keep Trixie’s cheeky, dominant side in check!
We believe that Trixie would be OK in a multi cat household but where Trixie is the first cat (top cat) in the home. We do not know what Trixie is like with Dogs.
We would recommend households with older children (not toddlers) for Trixie. Trixie would be suited to either an indoor & outdoor home or an indoor only home given the correct stimulus.
Indoor / Outdoor homes will require to be away from very busy roads and consideration given to cat proofing your garden or a cat run is always beneficial to ensure the safety of your new cat. Please ask staff for further details on these matters.
On leaving Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue Trixie will be spayed, frontlined, wormed, insured and vaccinated.
