Mia – 6 year old female Tabby Domestic Short-Haired Cat

This lovely young lady is 6 years old and looking for her forever home. Mia is a loving friendly and happy chunky little cat. She has a condition called gingivostomatitis caused by Feline calicivirus but it doesn’t slow her down at all! However, Mia will need to be a house cat, with no other cats in the home due to this.

GREAT NEWS! This Cat Has Now Been Rehomed
This cat has now found a new home. There are more cats still looking though! Register for our cat adoption matchmaker service & we’ll send you a hand picked selection of newly adoptable cats:

She trots around after her humans and loves to chat, she also loves her cuddle routine and will come to cuddle with anyone before bed and once everyone is asleep she will go to her own bed in the bedroom and curl up inside it until it is time to join you for more morning cuddles.

She also loves to play and will do so eagerly until she gets tired and then she won’t give the toys back to let you know she’s all out of energy. if there is no one to play she will play with any toys left out for her.

Although Mia is 6 you would never know. She is perky, confident and fun to be around, she really is a perfect example of a companion cat. Mia does however get a bit worried by other animals so she would be best as the only pet in the household.

Mia’s condition causes mouth ulcers which requires ongoing treatment (currently she’s on a food suppliment and anti-inflamatory). At the moment it is just a case of squirting her treatment into her food in the morning and evening meals to keep her happy and content!

She is fussy and affectionate, and loves to settle on a comfy lap. She likes lots of head butts, strokes, head rubs and chin tickles. She can also be picked up if she feels safe enough as she is a bit of a land cat and doesnt do much climbing and jumping.

Mia has been micro chipped, litter trained, vaccinated and neutered. She often gets overlooked due to her mouth condition but Mia has plenty of love and cuddles to give in her forever home.
