Holly is a 3 year old female Black and White Domestic Short-Haired Cat who was born on Christmas Day 2015. Sadly, her owner died recently. She was very nervous and hid under a stool for the first few days! Her nervousness didn’t put her off her food however, she eats really well and loves a treat or two!! She uses a litter tray with no problems, is very clean and hasn’t had any accidents at all.
She has relaxed with me now and loves to sit next to me, but she hasn’t snuggled up yet. She loved my grown-up son when he was home for Easter, rolling on her back and letting him stroke her tummy so no problem with men for her! Her tail flicks when she’s happy rather than when she doesn’t like something, and she loves watching the world go by out of the window.
She’ll make a lovely pet for a lucky family who are willing to be patient and give her time to settle at her own pace. I have felt blessed by how her trust of me has increased.
